Store policy- Our
goal is to treat you like family. We will strive to make this
experience not only a fun adventure but a day you will get a good
friend in Oahu -Plongee Hawaii.Com. We expect our customers to treat use
like family too. If for any reason you can't make the dives, please
let us know immediately. Please understand that it takes a lot of
work behind the scenes to prepare you for the dive day. Therefore we
do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Honestly is the best policy
so please let us know right away if you can not participate in the
tour.
Scuba dive courses - Scuba diving
courses can be refundable on certain circumstances. Any work that
Oahudiving.Com completes with you will be considered as such and
proper payment will be required. If you for any reason decide to quit or
cease the instruction, Oahudiving.Com will refund you the balance of
the course minus the work we have already finished. Scuba gear is included in
all scuba
courses at no extra charge.
To keep our gear
new we do charge *$5 for regulator, $5 for buoyancy control device (B.C.D.)
for certified diver scuba dive tours. The Beginner Diver Tour or
First Time Diver Tour gear will be provided at no extra charge. Wetsuit,fins,mask,weights and tanks is included. Hawaii tax is 4.77%

or first time diver courses / beginner diver experience with Oahudiving.Com. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program lets the non-diver experience the thrill and adventure of scuba diving under the supervision of a PADI Instructor in ideal conditions. During your
Hawaiian adventure, you'll master some basic concepts and scuba diving skills before heading off on an open water dive
abord a lovely catamaran
dive boat.
No experience needed- We will thoroughly go over dive basics using the PADI Discover SCUBA Program. Dives are conducted at certified diver locations off a catamaran boat with easy step down entry- not shallow beach dives. We take our first time divers down 2 times, not one time off of a beach or unstable boats like our competitors ! 40 minute bottom times ! (of course everyone will be different due to breathing styles, body sizes and health
habits) Enjoy a half day with two dives off one of our beautiful dive boat and explore the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. The Discover Scuba Diving experience is a great way to get a head start on your PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification. That’s because the skills you complete during your adventure will help you breeze through your Openwater certification level in the future.

PADI Open Water Diver Course

For starters we offer the PADI Open Water Certification within our four days. New courses starting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. (slow seasons usually winter is very flexible) For those with a little time we also offer a 3 day accelerated course or a personalized course built around your needs.
Throughout the course, you will learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You will also earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification that is recognized worldwide. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water Sea dives. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver you have the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional. If you have already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience or are PADI Scuba Diver certified, check with our instructor to see how credit from these courses may apply to the open water program.
Your underwater adventure can begin as soon as today with the new PADI Open Water Diver Video and PADI Open Water Manual! Open water learning options also include group or private instruction. This course offers tremendous flexibility and lets you work out individual needs with your instructor .Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. At some point in the course, your PADI
Instructor will ask you to demonstrate the ability to swim 200 meters/yards and tread water for 10 minutes.
Prerequisites: 10 for Junior Open Water Diver and 15 for Open Water Diver. Good health, reasonable fitness and comfort in the Water.

(If you are between 10 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a PADI Junior Open Water Diver program available. A PADI Junior Open Water Diver between the ages of 10 and 11 years may only dive with a PADI Professional, a certified parent or certified guardian to a maximum depth of 12 metres/40 feet.)
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course
Move up and experience real adventure with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course. As you step beyond the PADI Open Water Diver level, you make five dives and have the opportunity to try some of diving’s most rewarding and useful specialty activities, such as deep diving, digital underwater photography, wreck diving and much more. These skills make diving much more than underwater sightseeing. Plus, the Advanced Open Water Diver course takes you one step closer to Master Scuba Diver – the ultimate non professional certification in recreational diving.
With your PADI Instructor you complete the deep and underwater navigation Adventure Dives. These dives boost your confidence as you build these foundational skills. You can go diving at night, check out the local wrecks in the area or even do a deep dive to 130 feet – all during your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.
Since this course
consists of 5 required scuba dives the course will take 3 days. In
all you will obtain 6 dives since we will do 2 dives per charter.

PADI Rescue Diver Course

Challenging and rewarding best describes the PADI Rescue Diver course.
This is a very rewarding and highly enjoyable courses which will give you the expertise required to enable you to rescue someone in the unlikely event of an accident occurring. You will also be trained how to recognize and prevent problems before they happen.
The PADI Rescue Diver program develops your knowledge and skills so you can effectively perform diver assists and rescues, manage diving accident situations and render first aid. The program is an important step in expanding your knowledge and experience as a diver. PADI Rescue Diver (or equivalent) certification is also a prerequisite for all PADI leadership programs. To get into the PADI Rescue Diver program, you’ll need to be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent) and must be at least 15 years old. The PADI Junior Rescue Diver program is available if you’re between the ages of 12 and 14 and hold a PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent) rating.
You’ll also need to have successfully completed the PADI Emergency First Response® program or a sanctioned program in CPR within the past three years. (Please look at the EFR description below)

course is non refundable. Due to the logistics of this course we require
immediate down payment of 50%. 48 hour cancellation policy with

Emergency First Response (first aid)
Take a step toward emergency preparedness and meet PADI Rescue Diver prerequisites with Emergency First Response. As one of the foremost international CPR and first aid training companies, Emergency First Response gives you the confidence to respond to medical emergencies -- not just in the diving world, but in your every day world with your family, friends, neighbors and coworkers too. This course covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening or when local EMS is unavailable or delayed. Participants focus on secondary assessments and the appropriate first aid through knowledge development, skills development and realistic scenario practice.

PADI Specialty Courses
We offer you the opportunity to increase your knowledge and experience in specific areas of diving. With courses ranging from diving with NITROX, Underwater Naturalist to Wreck Diving, a specialty course can open your eyes to aspects of diving you never dreamed existed. We can offer specialty licenses covering a broad range of subjects taught by instructors who have proven their expertise in each area.
The purpose of these programs is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and enjoyment of these specialty diving areas.
All courses are conducted from our boats and training facility. We give you a professional approach to all your diving needs, whether you are new to diving or fully qualified. Email us if you need any more information.

PADI Divemaster Course
Your adventure into the professional levels of recreational diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
During the PADI Divemaster program, you learn dive leadership skills through both classroom and independent study. You complete water skills and stamina exercises, as well as training exercises that stretch your ability to organize and solve problems. You put this knowledge into action through an internship or series of practical training exercises.
